No man

(or woman)
is an island

Working with Passion

‘No man is an island, entire of himself, every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main…’

- John Donne

Written almost 500 years ago, the words of this poem nevertheless hold true today and encapsulate the premise behind redDog’s work. To be truly successful, your business needs many different complementary components working together. Web technologies, printed materials, audio and visual media, written copy, web and print design, social media and marketing strategies, and customer service all combine forces to create a thriving business.

What if you had time to focus on the end result?

As the leader of a small business, do you ever feel like the performer doing a plate spinning act at the circus? When you focus all your attention on one plate, the others start to fall. Imagine you had access to a talented team of specialists cooperating together and looking after each plate for you… how much more successful would you be?

The Path

If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it! Consider this throughout your business process. Analyse and adjust if needed to achieve future growth

Marketing is Visual

Researchers found that colored visuals increase people’s willingness to read a piece of content by 80%.

The Customer

The customer gives an organisation two gifts: money and information. (Information is the fuel that runs the marketing engine.)

Stagnation

Doing what was successful in the past does not guarantee the same result in the future. Stagnation does not breed success. The world is too fluid to remain complacent.

Thinking

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we create them.” – Albert Einstein

The Value

The ultimate goal is to always promise superior value to new customers, and to keep your current customers happy by delivering satisfaction.

Learning

“Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.”Bill Gates

Marketing Strategy

Have you considered the blink rate?

  • “Visitors spend only 10 seconds on your homepage before leaving if they don’t immediately connect with your marketing messages.” – Microsoft Research
  • “75% of search engine users never scroll past the first page of search results”Imforza. Getting found is difficult if you are not actively pushing your business online.
  • “The average online shopper’s attention span is 8 seconds.”B2B Marketing insiders. Feeling a little overwhelmed with getting attention online?

Continually Improve Your Results

Marketing is a continually evolving process – just think of all the new social networking sites that originated in the last 15 years; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Myspace (come and gone) for example. “Every 60 seconds on Facebook: 510 comments are posted, 293,000 statuses are updated, and 136,000 photos are uploaded.” – Brand Watch.  Facebook creates and constantly refines complex algorithms to take advantage of this high level of usage. As a small business owner, you cannot stagnate. Marketing has to be a process of analyzing the past, originating and repeating content, replaying successful campaigns, and analyzing again – this is the key to a healthy marketing plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean FREE?

What do you mean by FREE?
Yes, when we say FREE we mean FREE.We don't mean “we want to hook you and sell you the next thing.” We want to help your business get stronger, provide guidance, and share knowledge. So when it says FREE on the box – it means FREE all day long, no strings attached.

What's with your contracts?

We want to make sure this relationship is good for both of us. We want to achieve results and we wantyouto achieve results - a match made in heaven. Your first contract is always a 6-month contract, unless we have a good reason to do otherwise. This gives us both enough time to get our feet under the table, evaluate your business, and start putting your inbound marketing plan in place. redDog has an extra special process where we run two 90-day cycles within the first 6-month contract. Immediately after each 90 day period, we do an overall evaluation of the campaign and pivot if required. After six months, we order a cake and sign another year-long contract (or for longer, if you really like us).

Are we special?

Of course you are special! That's why each client gets an individual package. We never sell to you what we have sold to someone else - because why would we? Oh, to shortchange you... Nope, that's just not our way. We know how hard you have worked to build your business and develop your client base.We respect that. So we create a package specifically for you and your business - because after all, every business is different - isn’t it?

What happens if it’s raining?

Well, we still walk the dog, because each day is important. Breathing, focusing, and seeing the delight in each new day is redDog's responsibility. We don’t slack on that.

What happens if I am not in your time zone?

Don't worry, the internet lets us work out the difference - and we have never been late to a meeting yet.
